Where is our park situated? Isle of Wight Our park will be located here, on the northern coastline of the Isle of Wight near Cowes.

Why did we choose to locate it here?  We decided to situate it on a coastline so we could include some water activities and it will allow us to be close to numerous ferry ports.  It is on the Isle of Wight for a number reasons. First of all many tourists make a visit to the Isle of Wight and those visitors span a large variety of ages, which suits our target audience. Secondly the Isle of Wight isn’t a big island, so therefore anyone staying on any part of the island can reach us easily. Furthermore it is relatively near Southampton, Bournemouth and Portsmouth on the opposite coastline. As a result of this people could quite easily make a boat trip out to the Isle of Wight. Moreover on the Isle of Wight there is not another park that is similar to our proposed park.  We decided to locate our park on the northern coast of the Isle of Wight, near Cowes, because this site has very easy access from the mainland so will be visited by people on the island and people from the mainland. Additionally entertainment resorts already exist on the south side so our chosen location will not need to compete with them.

Who is our target audience? Our park is designed to be a fun day out for families and children, and a relaxing place to go for parents and grandparents to look at the beautiful scenery, animals and gardens. We cater for a very wide target audience, making sure there is something for everyone. For families with children, they can enjoy the large adventure park and trail, monthly quizzes and rides. Whereas, if you have come to relax you can sit in the peaceful riverside garden, with a lovely display of sweet-smelling roses, or admire the beautiful country scenery. The petting zoo, boat ride along the river, marine animals, grand house, gardens, walks and maze are a few attractions we have for our wide target audience, allowing anyone to appreciate them. All ages!

What features and services does our park have for tourists?  Entrance area – Here there will be a shop an information centre and a quiz pick-up-point.  Eating places – We will have restaurants, cafes and ice cream places around the park. Over and above there will be various picnic spots.  Gardens – Different gardens will be placed around the house, such as Rose gardens. Also we will have some just open spaces.  House – We have constructed something a little bit different in this aspect. Commonly these days, ancient houses are stood elegantly in park’s. But, to be unique we are creating an underwater home, which is likely to be very popular in the future. However, this house will still include things such as, a modern bedroom, bathroom, sitting room etc. to show what it will probably look like in the future than what a house would have looked like in the past.  Animals – We shall have farm animals and a petting ground, where people are able to stroke the animals and feed them.  Sea World – There will be a section on the coastline where there shall be an aquarium. In addition we will include scuba diving sessions and something called a glass capsule which allows people to see life under sea.

What features and services does our park have for tourists?  Activity Universe – We shall have a place where there are loads of activities to do. Here we will include a maze, a forest playground, family challenges and a train.  Rides – We will have rides for all ages. A mini visitors rides place called Charlie and Lola’s adventure land and exhilarating rides for juniors, teens and adults.  Toilets – There will be nice toilets situated all around the park.  Safety – To make our park a safe environment for all visitors we are going include several meet-up points, a fire assembly point and a lost children point. Additionally the rides will be carefully mannered and according might have age/height restrictions. However, we will provide rides for every age to meet certain peoples needs.  Tours – Our park will host non-compulsory tours. These will include walks, cycle rides and boat trips.  Lake – This lake will be used by swimmers and visitors taking part in the several water sports we have on offer.  Accommodation – Accommodation will be provided for tourists and visitors but not on forest park site. We are linked with a selection of hotels, B&B’s, and self catering homes. These places give discounts to all customers who spend there time at forest park.

Attractions at our park When you begin to get hungry you can walk to the waters edge where you will find a magical building underwater, which allows you to have a beautiful view of the sea whilst eating in the modern restaurant. Above your head whilst you eat, you can see the colourful fish and the other inhabitants of the area. Unlike other parks, we have a modern water house to relax and play in. For your kids we have great games, toys, trampolines, climbing walls, swimming pool and if you would like to relax you can visit the spa. Our house has secret technology and passages hidden inside waiting for you to discover.

Attraction at our park If you love walking and nature, then pick your walk and enjoy the scenery. Along the way there will be adventure trails, mazes, nature and finally at the end you shall come to our wonderful lake which is perfect for water sports. Our cycle trail has opened, taking you on an adventure through the forest. Children can spend hours in our water inspired park and forest playground called activity universe, where they can climb, jump, slide, crawl and swing around, creating games and having fun. Throughout the park we have different areas designed for different age groups, so you don’t have to worry about your kids safety, instead you can relax in the garden.

Attractions at our park If you are daring and adventurous then try our challenge with the whole family, where you are faced with puzzles, strenuous activities, team work and trust. You will have to work together to complete the tasks to be allowed to get out, once completed each member of the group will receive a certificate and a prize. Have fun on our exhilarating rides for the whole family. Try our largest one called sea sweeper, which sweeps over the sea so that you can feel it splash against you and then turns on a diagonal slant around again. For younger children our Charlie and Lola’s adventure land is perfect, with characters from stories, TV programmes or films that they will know.

Attractions at our park Once you have walked under the marine bridge, you have entered our top attraction, sea world. Colourful fish large and small, interesting and obvious, octopuses, jellyfish, starfish, turtles, sea lions, dolphins and other marine animals can be found in our attraction. You can spend hours looking at the beauty of the creatures, being able to get up close and even listen to talks and watch demonstrations. Our regular demonstration is with the sea lions, where you are told many facts, get to see them up close doing what they would do in the wild, also if you are lucky you might even get to give them a snack. We do these talks and demonstrations everyday on the hour with our experienced keepers with different animals each day. All of our animals get top quality care with large spaces and environments like they would have in the wild.

Attractions at our park Climb aboard the water express and journey through the park. Look out for the sea lions, hippopotamuses and flamingos in the river, and the animals jumping around the petting zoo, people soaring in the sky on rides and water sports taking place in the lake. Moreover, there are some hot days in England so everyone may take a break from rushing around and cool off by swimming in the refreshing water in our lake. Once you have passed under the marine bridge you come to the end of your ride at the sea world attraction. Come and feed the animals at our petting zoo. Not only can you have a great experience inside the enclosures being able to touch the animals, you can also feed the animals for free! We have playful goats, friendly guinea pigs, llamas, alpacas, horses, adorable mini donkeys, rabbits, pigs, chickens, woolly sheep, colourful peacocks, geese and ducks all waiting for your arrival.

Attractions at our park Furthermore, our park offers a lovely relaxing boat ride along the river, as you voyage on the boat, lookout for sea lions, hippopotamuses and flamingos. Also, behind the beautiful, modern house, we have a tranquil riverside garden with an exquisite, aromatic and detailed display of roses. There is nothing more peaceful than sitting in our riverside garden surrounded by sweet-smelling roses; the sound of the flowing water beside you and the songs of the birds.
