16 Permits Current thresholds –Federal Title V = 25 tons NOx/yr –Local permit = 12.5 tons NOx/yr Extreme thresholds –Federal Title V = 10 tons NOx/yr –Local permit = 5 tons/yr

17 Non-attainment Fee Failure to attain 1-hr ozone std. Approx. $9,000 per ton annual emissions fee Effective until attainment of 1-hr std.
