12 Financial Challenges due to Enrollment Growth  Continue staffing support at the HS to accommodate growth in recent years, increase of 116 students since 2011/12  Continue support at HS of recently initiated programs  Project Lead the Way  Mandarin  American Sign Language  Continue staffing support at MS to accommodate expected increase of 62 students, or 8%  Goal is to maintain class size at the elementary level between 18-22 12
