2. For any New SC that will effect on/after May/01/2009, must include Evergreen Marine (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (EMS) Into Evergreen Line Joint Service Agreement (ELJSA).

3. For those existing SC that still valid on/after May/01/2009 If you have changes (rates, notes…etc) that need to file an amendment on/after May/01/09, must add Evergreen Marine (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. into Evergreen Line Joint Service Agreement (ELJSA) with underlined. It is not necessary to create an amendment filing only for adding Evergreen Marine (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. TRF will file a FMC Notice with FMC for adding EMS into ELJSA, this Notice will include all existing SC that still valid through May/01/2009.
