4 Active and Passive Voice In an ACTIVE VOICE sentence the subject of the sentence does the action.In an ACTIVE VOICE sentence the subject of the sentence does the action. In a PASSIVE VOICE sentence the object becomes the subject and is having the action done to it.In a PASSIVE VOICE sentence the object becomes the subject and is having the action done to it.
