Games analysis - In games analysis, the main purpose of viewing a game or performance is to determine how the performance might be improved. - This can be achieved by coach’s immediate intervention or by the application of specific training drills and programs once the game or performance data has been analysed.

Data collection To best understand the sports requirements, you should collect data that will enable you to analyse; - Movement patterns - Skill frequencies - Playing intensities(including work to rest ratios) - Key muscle groups
