Easter!!!
2
History Easter is the day when we celebrate Jesus Christ rising from the dead. Jesus is the Son of God and gave His life to die for our sins. On the third day after He died -- the day we now celebrate as Easter Sunday -- His friends went to His grave, and found that He had risen from the dead. They saw an angel who told them, "Don't be afraid! I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He isn't here! He has been raised from the dead, just as He said it would happen."

Egg Rolling In many places, egg rolling is an important part of the Easter tradition that usually takes place on Easter Monday. Egg rolling events can either be relaxed socal affairs or highly competitive events. Eggs are usually hard boiled then marked to indicate the owner - these markings can vary from simple labels to complex and attractive artwork. This started in England even though they do it at Washington.

Eggs!!! The first chocolate eggs appeared in the early 1800s, although the nature of chocolate (at that time) made creating a hollow egg something of an achievement. A hundred years later the improved chocolate making process plus mass production created the commercially available, relatively low cost, chocolate Easter Egg and within the following hundred years it became the dominant gift for Easter.
