Immersion syndrome Syncope secondary to cardiac dysrhythmia due to sudden contact with cold water ASSOCIATED WITH CONGENITAL PROLONGED QT SYNDROME Caused by V.fib/Asystole secondary to catecholamine release in response to quick temperature change
