2 V 1.0 Slide 2 Award & Punishment Setup  Five categories are necessary for setting up a scheme  General Information – Default values of the scheme  Award Rule - Default rating of the merit items  Punishment Rule - Default rating of the demerit items  Student Activities – Default rating of the merit on STA post  Attendance – Default rating of the demerit on Attendance Categories to set up

3 V 1.0 Slide 3 Award & Punishment Setup Check “Use Amount to Next Level Indicator” “Use Amount to Next Level Indicator” It means the low level award/punishment record will be upgraded to next level if it reaches the amount. i.e. If “Amount to Next Level” is 3, when a student gets 3 Merit, he can get 1 minor credit Define the award and punishment scheme Note: Says, if you need to delete the level 2 punishment, you need to uncheck level 3 punishment level and make the amendment Define compensation rule
