4 Friday Sept. 11, 2015 Entry Task:- What is the definition of a force? Learning Target:-Properly prepare journals, demonstrate a lab using the science dept. format. Success Criteria: To be able to correctly demonstrate the science dept. format during a lab. Homework:- Check your journals at home to make sure you have followed all directions, using PPT from Ms. Saunders’ SWIFT Page.

Take out your HW, also your school system G/O from yesterday. Learning Target:- Student will investigate systems. Success Criteria: To be able to demonstrate how systems work. Identify the various components. Homework:- Write and define vocab words “system” and “subsystem” in your glossary.

Learning Target:- Student will investigate the layers of Earth’s atmosphere. Success Criteria: To be able to understand and Identify the 5 layers of Earth’s atmosphere. Homework:- Write a short story (1 paragraph) in your journals about what happens at the equinoxes.

Homework:-create flashcards of the levels of the atmosphere. Vocab, words on one side and one sentence definition on the other.
