HOW TO MUMMIFY A TOMATO

What You Need Tomato Natron Knife and spoon Tub Paper towel
Weighing scales Antibacterial hand wash (containing alcohol) Chopping board

STEP 1 First of all weigh the tomato and record it on some plain paper.

STEP 2 Then carefully cut a hole in the top of the tomato, making sure you don’t damage it!

STEP 3 After that thoroughly clean it with non alcoholic soap inside and outside.

STEP 4 When you have done that fill the tomato to the brim with Natron and cover the rest of the tub inside.

STEP 5 Now leave the tomato for exactly 2 weeks.(70 days is how long the Egyptians left it for.)

STEP 6 When 2 weeks has past you need to carefully remove the tomato from the tub and place it on the chopping board. You also need to weigh the tomato.

STEP 7 Now compare it to last time and see how it has changed. Every tomato weighed exactly 1 quarter of last time.

FINALLY 8 If you have done that you can now say you have mummified a tomato.
