III. THE SYMBOL OF WINE This symbol of wine has its limitations when referring to the Holy Spirit. Isaiah 55:1 Matthew 9:17 Acts 2:13

IV. THE SYMBOL OF A DOVE Matthew 3:16
A “dove” is known for its gentleness, tenderness, grace, innocence, mildness, peacefulness, patience and faithfulness. The “dove” is ceremonially clean. Genesis 1:2 The Holy Spirit works in our lives by gently leading and persuading us into His will. Matthew 10:16

Oil in biblical times used for fuel for lamps, for healing & setting apart people for their offices of ministry. John 16:13a, 15b Luke 4:18-19 II Corinthians 1:21 Exodus 30:32
