Practice creating and writing new sentences using other combinations of words. e.g. Nin(d)mooshin kik – Hand me the pot. Naadin mookmaan – Go and get the knife. Note: Practice using these simple sentences everyday. “Practice makes perfect” as they say… Hint: Tape your sentence sheet on one of your kitchen cabinet doors for easy reference.

Using the imperatives and kitchen item words that are written on a separate paper, create ten sentences using the conjunction miinwaa. Be sure to use maa and maam pii to further enhance your conversational language.
