22. Sign into GKO and follow the same procedure as slides 1-7. See next slide.

23. The form will appear blank but your information is stored. You must Click Go Back to List to access or change your information. This will open into a Table with the information you previously entered. See next slide DO NOT MAKE ANOTHER ENTRY.
