16 Performance ► No matter what your role is a company and the director will expect you to carry out research on any production in which you are involved ► They will expect you to be knowledgeable and able to discuss the wider context of the piece - the ideas and concepts it explores in relation to when it was written and its relevance to our own contemporary society.
