AMERICA AND THE WORLD IN THE YEARS FOLLOWING WWI, AGRESSIONIST GOVERNMENTS TOOK POWER IN EUROPE AND ASIA. MEANWHILE, MOST AMERICANS DID NOT WANY TO GET INVOLVED IN ANOTHER FOREIGN WAR.
