4 V = ( A x H ) A =  r square (cylinder) Or A= w x l (rectangular prism) Cylinder Example A =  6 square A = 6 x 6 A = 36  A = 36 x 3 A = 113.04 113.04 x 36 = 4,069.44 cubic units
