Receives detailed financial and technical reports and Institute reports. Discusses staffing issues. Project Meetings Meetings between Project Engineers and Project Managers, attended by relevant engineering, technical and academic staff. Separate meetings for ECAL, Tracker and GCT projects. Meetings once/month (ECAL, GCT), twice/month (Tracker). Monitor project progress in fine detail.

CMS-UK Oversight Committee 18/11/03 R M Brown - RAL 12 Additional CCLRC Engineering Effort for GCT An additional 4.5 SY of ID effort is required to complete the GCT on schedule. The resources to fund the extra effort are not available within the GCT project. It is proposed to fund the effort by suppressing a 5 year post in PPD. This action has been proposed by the UK Spokesperson and agreed by the Steering Committee. It is supported by the Chair of the PMC. The Oversight Committee is asked to endorse this action.
