8. 1.Shat Gambuj Mosque 2.Star Mosque It is roofed over with 77 squat domes, including 7 chauchala or four sided domes in the middle row.It was used both as a prayer hal and a court of Khan Jahan Ali. Mirza Ghulam Pir, a highly respectable Zamidar of Dhaka built the Star Mosque in early 18 th century.It has five domes with hundreds of big and small twinkling stars on walls.
