Product What are it’s marketable characteristics Who is your target market? Definition: What you are selling.

Target Market How narrow or wide is your target? Definition: Who you are selling to.

Price Definition: How much the consumer is charged. What happens if you charge too much? Too little? How do you determine value? Production Cost – cost of making the item Selling Price – amount you are charging the customer Profit – amount you are making after subtracting the production cost from the selling price.

Promotion Definition: Ways to attract interest in the product. How will you make your product memorable? How will you package and advertise your product?

Slogans “We can do that.” “A rainbow of flavor.” “The nighttime, sniffling, sneezing, coughing, aching, stuffy head, fever, sleep better to feel better medicine.” “They’re magically delicious.” “Get more.” “I’m lovin’ it…” “Challenge Everything” “Don’t bother me, I’m eating.” “You can do it. We can help.” Definition: A phrase used to remind the consumer of the product.

Logos Definition: A picture or symbol that represents the product or company being advertised.
