Make a list of these decisions (example: Getting 8 to 10 hours of sleep at night).  Now look at your list, Analyze (examine, investigate) each decision in order to find the positive and negative health result.  Example: 8 to 10 hours of sleep:  Positive= Well rested, ability to concentrate, energy to do all activity  Negative= Tired, lack of concentration, not able to get through an active day
