2. I was born in the town of Vyazniki. It is my native town.

3. Vyazniki is a small town. It is situated in the north-easten part of Vladimirskaya rigion. Vyazniki is situated on the bunk of the Klyazma river. Vyazniki is an old town. It is more than 200 years old. It has got an interesting history. I know one legend about my town. It attracted my attention. Many years ago there lived one prince. His name was kiy. He was very cruel and the people hated him. One day he went hunting and got lost. He found himself in the swamp. From fright the prince began to cry and asked to help. Nobody helped him. All the people shouted “Вязни Кий”. That’s why our town has got the name “Vyazniki”.

4. My town is famous for old architectural monuments and museums. There are many sights in our town. Many people from other towns and cities arrive here to see the sights and visit remarkable places of our town. Blagoveshchensk monastery History Art Museum

5. Our town is beautiful and green. There are many gardens, orchards, parks there. Inhabitants grow famous “Вязниковские” cucumbers, cherries.

6. Vyazniki is a town of 26 heroes, they fought for their Motherland during the second world war. On victory day the citizens of our town put flowers to monuments of heroes and organize meetings.

7. I want to tell some words about a cultural life in our town. A department of culture organize different meetings, concerts, exhibitions, competitions, in which a lot of people of all ages take part. Every year in our city hosts auto and Moto cross. I am proud of my town, it’s people, it’s history. I want my town to be better, more beautiful from year to year.
