6. -Mom works for Boeing as a contracts manager -Dad works for the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL EXOSYSTEM 2 1

7. -July 4, 1998 -Moved to Seattle, WA -Mom got a job relocation to move to Seattle -Left my family, friends -Moved to a new and very big city -Culture shock at 8 years old, yikes! BIFURCATION POINT #1 1 2 3

8. -Began rowing at Mt. Baker Rowing and Sailing Center in the summer of 2004 -Raced at the best regattas in the country -Got a rowing scholarship to the University of Alabama -Gave me my first job as a rowing coach in the summer of 2011 -Essentially the reason I ended up at Western BUTTERFLY EFFECT 2 1 3 4 5 7 6

9. -Went to the University of Alabama for my freshman and sophomore year -Went on a rowing scholarship -Blessing in disguise because my parent’s couldn’t afford for me to go to college at that time ***Where I met my three best friends!! BUTTERFLY EFFECT (CONTINUED) 8 1 7 6 5 4 32 1 9

10.
