3 Social Classes of Sumer There were two classes-lower and upper. All the upper class wore jewelry such as rings. The men had long hair, curly mustaches, long beards, and wore skirts. The woman had long hair, hair was braided and up in fancy arrangements, and wore dresses off on one shoulder. The priests were powerful but bald. In the winter they all wore cloak made from sheep wool. The lower class was mostly workers who worked for money. They wore jewelry it just wasn’t gold. The lower class was also slaves. They worked for the king. There were also slaves that stole something from somebody that had to be a slave to them. There were two classes-lower and upper. 6 King Gilgamesh King Gilgamesh was one of the first kings and in the first ever fairy tale to be told. There once was a king who could do almost everything, except fly. Here’s a summary: One day he was so board and he had nothing to do. He had already beaten all the monsters. The gods saw that he was bored so they sent him a fight. When Gilgamesh herd he was coming he was happy. When Incado (the warrior sent by the gods) was there they started to fight. They bit, scratched, punched but they were the same. They started laughing. After this they went into the forest to fight monsters. The End King Gilgamesh was one of the first kings and in the first ever fairy tale to be told.
