Structure Agile and System Teams Agile and System Team’s composition and workflow 2. Challenges: Synergy – Agile and System Team’s Synchronicity When does Agile testing ends and System Testing begins (Handoff Documentation) Documentation Documents under waterfall vs. iteration level stories – importance for testers Collocation/Distributed Teams/Outsourcing Functional vs. feature driven teams Tool selection; bug tracking, story tracking, progress and reports

4. Benefits Transparency – within and outside of teams (executives) Focus – Work effort in smaller increments makes it easier to focus on the target at hand (warning on long term planning). Collation and communication - The environment lends itself to improved team collaboration and accountability (e.g. daily stand ups, story boards, iteration and release planning and collocation). 5.
