WHAT BROUGHT ABOUT ISHELE Poor Response So many times it takes response agencies a lot of time to respond to emergencies because information do not get to them early Inefficiency of emergency telephone lines So you dial 112 and all you get is “The Call center is not Available” or an emergency line only for the network provider to tell you it is switched off Lack of confidence and protection Always, the one who reports is the first to be arrested Poor Planning Most times the policy makers find it difficult to make policies that will improve response to emergencies and protect citizens from future occurrence of same due to absence of data Ignorance, carelessness

HOW ISHELE WORKS First of all citizens sends in messages to ISHELE via calls, SMS, social media and/or Mobile app ISHELE processes and verifies the information after it has been received on our server The Verified information is being broadcasted to concerned stakeholders that will respond to it After which ISHELE, stakeholders and citizens then tracks response using the website.
