The purpose of this document is to provide a point of reference on the dissemination of the results of project Enhancing Students Participation in Quality Assurance in Armenian HE- ESPAQ, to outline the approach to dissemination, to establish tasks for dissemination and to define the target groups and strategies to reach them.

Raise awareness – let others know what we are doing Inform – educate the community (target groups) Engage – get input/feedback from the community (target groups) Promote – ‘sell’ project outputs and results

To ensure visibility of the project aims and results; To valorize the activities and the results of the project; To foster mainstreaming of results among the stakeholders; To raise awareness and increase acceptance of QA; To open new opportunities for changes in the education system To ensure the visibility of the funding institution: the European Commission through EACEA; To promote HE and TEMPUS program.

Raising awareness involves the following main activities: Setting up a common project design, such as the ESPAQ logo, templates for documents and presentations; Creating the project website that will describe the challenges and the goals of the project and will introduce the project partners; Designing the project information materials (such as a leaflet and an introductory off-the-shelf presentation), which can be distributed later on without investing greater efforts; Giving introductory presentations at conferences and workshops about the challenges and goals of ESPAQ in order to raise awareness among the stakeholders;

Promoting the results ESPAQ will address stakeholders in Higher Education area through: Update of the project website with public deliverables and news in order to encourage active communication, to keep interested parties informed and to demonstrate project liveliness and progress; Presentations of the research-oriented results of the ESPAQ project at international conferences and workshops; Submission of articles to specific conferences, seminars, workshops, (such as.........). Publishing and dissemination of press releases following the finalisation of important project milestones.

Exploitation is specifically targeted at decision- makers and students policy supporters. The activities of this phase include: Publishing of the ESPAQ Toolkit, Handbook and Research Reports (in order to lay the foundation of changes in higher education. ………………………………. )
