Name That Symbol! Rules: 1. 1.Number your paper 1-14. Do not skip lines. 2. 2.Write down a unique meaning of the symbol (1-2 words) 3. 3.After viewing all 14 symbols, compare your answers with your neighbor’s. 4. 4.Cross out your answers that are the same as your neighbor’s. (The point of the game is to be the only person with your answer) 5. 5.Whoever has the largest number of unique answers is the winner

What symbols represent you? 1.Pick 5 symbols that represent who you are, or who you want to become. Could be a color, college logo, image of a hobby, animal, every day object, etc. 2.List the symbols on a separate sheet of paper and write a 2-3 sentence explanation of what that symbol represents. Use complete sentences in your explanations (no fragments or run-ons).

Symbolic Masks 1. 1.You will begin building your mask once you have finished writing. 2. 2.Your mask must symbolize who you are/want to become. 3. 3.You must include at least 3 symbols you wrote about in your mask.
