13. Post Secondary Goal Education and Training Goal (for student with severe disability) After graduation, David will participate in a center-based program designed to teach daily living skills along with community and social integration.

14. Post Secondary Goal Education and Training: Upon graduation from high school, Stephanie will attend Trident Technical College and participate in the culinary arts industry certificate program meeting the requirements to attain an Entry Level Food Service Certificate.
