What is Self- Esteem? The way we see, feel, and think about ourselves Do you think you have a high or low self esteem?

Where does self-esteem come from? Self esteem develops from the time we are infants all the way up to adulthood It is harder to change an adult’s self-esteem once it’s set Important to grow in early years.. HOW?

Parental involvement is key Self esteem can also be defined as feeling capable while also feeling loved If you feel loved, but not capable– you may have low self esteem If you feel capable, but not loved, low self esteem may occur
