4. How to set up a Combo Box? Open Up the file: NewsAgt

5. Click on the Forms tab, then highlight Newspaper & double click. Should bring up screen shown below.

6. Switch to Design View as shown below.

7. Click on Combo box(5 th button down on left), click anywhere on form to place the box. In the wizard select the third option. Then click next.

8. Select the following fields as shown below. Click next.

9. Uncheck the Hide Key Column, then click next.

10. On the next screen click ‘next’, then ‘next again.

11. Rename the combo box to something easy to remember. Then click ‘finish’.

12. Click on form View to test combo box.

13. All the newspaper details should change when a different one is selected using the combo box.
