2. Manna (Heb. man hu) = What is it? Exodus 16:15
Small round flake like frost, white, like coriander seed, wafer, tasted like honey or oil, melted away, spoiled, color of bdellium (16:14,20,21,24,31; Num. 11:6-9)
One omer per person per day (16:16,18,36 = 6 ½ pints or ¾ gallon)
Kept as a memorial (16:34; Heb. 9:4; see 1 Kings 8:9)
Lasted until Canaan land (16:35; Josh 5:12)

3. Manna (Heb. man hu) = What is it? Exodus 16:15
Israel was taught to remember the Lord for his gracious gifts (Deut. 8:3,16; Psa. 78:24-25; 105:40)
Jesus referred to the manna as a type of himself (Jn. 6:31-35)
Paul used Exodus 16 to teach a lesson in unfaithfulness (1 Cor. 10:3), and a lesson in giving (2 Cor. 8:15)
John referenced the manna as a reward for the faithful in heaven (Rev. 2:17)
