My Manager/Supervisor “Overall, my manager/supervisor does a good job of managing me” has increased to 82% (72% in 2012). Results

10 21/01/2016© The University of Sheffield What we need to work on Managing change 47% of staff feel able to influence change in their department (new question for 2014) Employee voice/involvement 50% of staff said there are opportunities for them to contribute to the direction of the University (19% higher than 2012)
