GENDER RELATED ISSUES Women would change employment primarily because of salary but men would change employment primarily because of career prospect Women stay in their jobs when their fields of studies match their job. Men do, too, but they also consider the challenging nature of the job

RECOMMENDATIONS Study Program should include a portion of the program in preparing students for the job application process. How to take selection tests—types, formats, and contents How to carry themselves during interviews Orientation on various possibilities for employment

continued Intervention activities should be planned by the university to shorten the job search period Study program should include: foreign language proficiency & computer skills Study program should provide opportunities for apprenticeship in different kinds of jobs which they can cite as their work experience when applying The faculty should package their programs better to the market so the companies will know what the graduates of their programs can do.
