2 Audience  Anyone who reads your writing  You almost always have at least a general idea of who your audience  The audience drives your writing.  KNOW who your audience is and what they need/want to hear  Make sure your writing “MEETS” their needs.

4 Like a Toyota Marketing Team… Target Your Audience  Who are you writing to?  What would they need?  What would they want?  Good persuasive writing MEETS* the needs of your audience!

Does your idea appeal more to  A principal?  A parent?  A student? While in your group share your idea and find people who have ideas like yours.
