3 8:30am- 9:00am Auditorium/Welcome All students and parents/family 9:00am- 9:45am Auditorium: Parents w/ Mr. Lewis Cafeteria: Schedule Distribution Parent Q and A(parents will join kids in cafeteria when Q and A session is over) Students receive schedules 9:45am- 10:00am Assigned Rooms Home base: Students and Parents report to assigned room for announcements 10:00 am- 12:00 pm Students will be in7 groups based on color sheets. Each color sheet has a workshop location starting point. Students and parents will move in a clockwise rotation to the next workshop by numerical order. For ex., if you start atWorkshop#1, move to # 2; if you start at # 7, move to #1, etc. Workshops (15-minutes each/rotation) 1. Supply Lists/Team Rules & Expectations (South Rm. 126/North Rm. 118) 2. School Tour (South Rm. 127/North Rm. 117) 3. PBIS/Rules/Yellow Zone/Expectations (South Rm. 125/North R m. 115) 4. LEAP/Callback (South Rm. 123/North Rm. 113) 5. Town Hall Meetings/Supervisory/ Cafeteria (South Rm. 124 / North Rm. 116) 6. Lockers: Students and Parents learn/Manipulate and use lockers (South Hallway/ North Hallway) 7.PKMS School Shirts (SouthAuditorium/ NorthAuditorium) 12:00pm– 12:30 pm Report back to Home base Afternoon Announcements, Dismissal
