Monitors point observations a) Chose data source i.METAR and Mesonet b) Chose data parameters i.T, Td, Wind speed c) Multiple thresholds and priority levels set i.Temperature > X && Dewpoint Z 2. Configured to notify AlertViz 3. Configured to display METARs and Mesonet data 1. Stations exceeding specified criteria are color coded on plan-view station model plot 2. Table is also configured to display T, Td, Wind speed, etc for stations. Thresholds are set for color coding table elements.

As METAR and Mesonets arrive they are evaluated a) Priority level is established b) Summary of parameters is generated 2. Message is sent to AlertViz 3. When priority exceeds some forecaster or WFO set threshold they are notified through AlertViz

Stations exceeding specified criteria are color coded on plan-view station model plot 2. Table displays T, Td, Wind speed, etc. for stations. 1.Cells are color coded based on setup thresholds. 3. Forecaster immediately sees threat and issues appropriate red flag warnings within WarnGen.
