Maccarrone 19-Jan-20153 The blocks in the Giraud scheme are, in our case, localized in different places: Drift Panels are made in Roma1 (1) RO Panels are made in Pavia (2) Mesh stretching is done in RomaTre (3) Mesh gluing and final assembly at LNF (3+4) The “Individual Components” are inside the other blocks This study is really very preliminary and is “in nuce” the idea for a costruction manual, for this reason we also include some of the visual control that are tipical in a costruction check list.

Maccarrone 19-Jan-20154 QA/QCTechniqueReadiness Material Control PCB Dimension The idea is to get a full set of frames for one panel, measure them in a 3D machine, set them as template to test all the other frames and the PCB. End of February PCB, Frames and Honeycomb thickness Use caliber like Mitutoyo (available in Roma). We can check about half of the total PCB and Honeycomb surface.
