EVALUATION FLOW CHART Notes will be given to Student for Theory & Practical Subjects Defined QUESTIONS will be given along with that DISCUSSION Technical subject Discussion & Practical Answer Session for the defined questions.. PRACTICAL Same defined questions will come into Evaluation Process Review of Assignement will be done by Reviewer EVALUATION

This is a professional course and it is not same process like we are habituated for years in our school life. Further to define, this course is not only with a aim of development of knowledge but equally put importance on personal growth, discipline, attitude building and communication improvement. Sincerity Punctuality Dedication Hard work Communication EVALUATION CRETERION … Each Candidate will be evaluated by following measures ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY : For A Successful Career it is important that you are regular, punctual and disciplined …. Photon Instruments gives enough effort to make you professional not just by knowledge but also behavioral activities Attendance: For full month present, 30 marks will be assigned. ( 1Mark / Day ), Each day absent (-5 marks) & Absent @ the day of exam (-10 marks)

Timing: Training Timing 9.30am to 6.00pm.. For full month present for full day, 30 marks will be assigned. ( 1Mark / Day ), Present after 9.45am (-5) & after 10.00am (- 10). Total Points (Attendance & Punctuality) = 60 Points DRESS CODE: Each one should come in the Dress Code Provided by Photon Instruments in neat and clean condition with company i-Card. Deviation of same will add (-) 5 score per day.. Monthly Dress Code Point = 30 Bonus Points: Candidate will get additional 10 points for complying the Attendance, Punctuality & Dress Code maintenance.. Total Marks = 100 points / month BUSINESS COMMUNICATION : Communication and deliverance is the most effective tool to express your quality ability and performance …we will be having measures of same for each candidate in steps and each month 1000 points will be allocated for same. Detail monthly bifurcation will be given in the beginning of each month Monthly Business Communication Point = 1000 ( 4 week x 250)

MONTHLY EXAM ON CORE SUBJECT (THEORY & PRACTICAL) There will be a performance review in each month for the subject learns in last month. Monthly Exam – 100 x 4 = 400 points will be allocated for the exam MONTHLY EVALUATION PROCESS MONTHLY TOTAL - 1500 Marks (To Qualify for next month: Minimum 50 % Marks Required) NOTE – A) Theory + Practical: Question Paper will be given in the beginning of the month during course and during test, the same questions will come in evaluation. B) Business Communication – Assignment will be given with defined and tangible activities, end of the month examiner will check, whether activities are done or not. Looking forward to see 100% marks carried by each candidate for the next assignment beginning !!!! Note – To complete the course, average 65% marks required in 6 month duration.

JOINING PROCEDURE Eligibility : Diploma / Degree / M-tech / M.E or upto 3 years Industrial experience in Instrumentation Field. Total Seats : 10 nos (Batch-I) Course fee : Rs 50,000 + 14.5% Service Tax ( Loan Facility Available) Last Date of submission of Form : 12-Jan-16 Course Commencement : 15-Jan-16 Candidate Screening Procedure: After submission of Application form one Document will be given to candidate for reading along with defined questions set. After 5 – 7 days Telephonic/Direct Interview will be scheduled and same questiones will be asked. (Marks obtained less than 50% will not be qualified for selection and above 90% will be eligible for free of cost staying facility @ sharing basis for 6 month. Loan Facility : Minimum Advance 10,000/- + 14.5% Service Tax has to be paid along with application form balance can be taken as loan. Note - 12% interest will be applicable on Loan amount leftover. Maximum 24 EMI can be paid from the Salary..
