Program Description Provide incentives for the installation of a wide range of measures that reduce customer energy costs, and reduce peak demand and save energy for residential and/or small commercial customers. Incentives are paid to Project Sponsors, which may be Energy Service Companies, HVAC or insulation contractors and other energy conservation firms.

Eligible Energy Efficiency Measures Produce measurable and verifiable electric demand reduction and energy savings. Produce savings through increased energy efficiency or substitution of another energy source for electricity. Certain renewable energy measures may qualify. Minimum useful life of 10 years.

Eligible Energy Efficiency Measures (cont’d.) Meet or exceed minimum equipment standards established by the Commission. Project comprehensiveness is encouraged.
