2. P Procedure  Do the research first  Verify part is correct for your application, then check it again! Read the data sheets.  Find an approved supplier who has a good price and satisfactory availability  Complete a purchase request form (on class Website)  Group components from same supplier on a single form  Include complete description of part and other required info  Include the link to the cart item if possible  Don’t forget shipping and handling charges.

P Procedure  Email the completed form to huber@cse.uta.edu huber@cse.uta.edu  Print a hard copy, sign and date it and bring it to me in the next class, or leave it in my CSE mailbox  I will notify you when I receive your part(s), and bring them to class/lab, if convenient.  Parts can be picked up in lab when either the Professor or GTA is available  Receipt signature required
