1. Welcome!  Please pick up and read the “Clues to Vitality” worksheet.  Of the 10, determine:  5 clues where you think your community is stronger.  5 clues where you think your community is weaker.  Sit wherever you are comfortable  Be ready, we will be starting on time

5.  Select and move to one clue area that you are particularly interested in for your community.  To yourself!! Think of some examples of things in your community that are going right related to that clue and citizen involvement.  Share your story with the others in your group.  You have 10 minutes – be sure to share the air!!  Be ready to quickly share ONE story from your group that you feel can be built upon to strengthen participation around this clue.
