4 Vision The power of blended learning comes from a teacher being able to focus on a smaller group while other students are receiving personalized, adaptive content that the teacher doesn’t have to create and that provides useful data about each student. The teacher as the facilitator of blended learning helps students make connections between what is happening in the blended learning block and their core instruction.
