8 SLCIT PRogramme Session Number Session Name 8 Being clear about SLICT  creating a vision for leading your school  having information, time and space to review and develop your vision  evaluating where you are now  sharing good practice  understanding the issues for ICT  challenging thinking about current and future ICT  thinking long-term, and seeing short-term solutions SLICT is about:  telling you how to do it  learning ICT skills  writing schemes of work  giving you technical advice on the ‘best’ computer, network, laptop, PDA, wires, routers etc  particular MI systems  software SLICT is not about:
