2 District using Title ID funding Supporting Academic Programs in Facilities  Must: Make a Formal Agreement with the Facility Evaluate the Effectiveness of the Program

3 Title ID Subpart 2 Formal Agreements with Facilities to Provide Academic Programs Formal Agreements Must Include: Coordination of student’s Home School and Facility Programs  Accessing Student Records Use records to design program  Using current IEP’s  Coordinating Facility program(s) with District program(s)

4 Title ID Subpart 2 Formal Agreements with Facilities to Provide Academic Programs Special Education Services Students identified by the Facility as in need of Special Education Facility must have process to notify “home” district or district student will attend upon release
