2. Aim:  In this unit, the students learn how to express attitudes and feelings in the context of describing their first job.

3. Lesson 1 Finding someone a job  Part A Reading  What kind of information does an employer need about a potential employee?  Read the letter and underline any important information  Look at Patrick’s notes and find out the mistake or missing information

4. Part DWriting  In pairs, write a short letter based on their notes.  Be sure you write paragraphs.  Try to use linking words, e.g. after that, in, when, then…

5. Lesson 2 Talking about your career  Part A language focus  Part BWriting and Speaking  What did you study at the university?  What aws your position at Long Electronics?  Why did you leave ？  What is your positon at Net Works Software?  Why do you want to change jobs?

6. Part CSpeaking  which of the 4 candidates seems to be the best for the job.  Vaccharin Ketkosol seems the most sutable as he studied computer,has worked as a programmer and has aslo worked in the Marketing department of a computer software company.  Nittaya Pilin is also a strong candidate as she has worked in Marketing and has experience of dealing with software and computer companies. She can also speak French.
