Pea Soup (Hernekeitto) A soup made typically with dried peas. It is greyish-green or yellow in color depending on the regional variety of peas used

Liver Casserole (Maksalaatikko) a traditional Finnish food that is eaten at Christmas. The casserole is made of rice, butter or margarine, syrup, eggs, onion, mashed liver and raisins.
