4. 4 MTEOR Local Mailer Launch Update  The Local Mailer launch was a success!  In FY14, over 4,300 Local Mailers placed over 39,000 requests! 5. 5 MTEOR Local Mailer Launch Update  Overall, Mailers are satisfied with MTEOR based on survey feedback ● 80% of Mailers were very satisfied/satisfied or neutral citing the following reasons:  Ease of use  More reliable delivery  Learning materials on RIBBS  Guaranteed availability of equipment ● 20% of Mailers that were dissatisfied cited the following:  Bugs within the system  No option for standing ordering  No option for same-day ordering Overall, how satisfied are you with MTEOR?

6. 6  It is required that MTESC Mailers submit a weekly inventory report by Wednesday at 11:59 PM local time  Inventory report compliance is down ● On average, 73% of all MTESC Mailers submit a report each week ● Since the March 2014 enhancements, only 16% of Mailers submit an inventory report each week MTESC Mailer Inventory Report Compliance

7. 7 FY15 MTEOR Enhancements Update Potential EnhancementsProjected Launch Date Customer Reports – Create reporting suite for internal and external users in MTEOR FY15 Order History – Increase order history so users can export up to 13 months of order history FY15 Modify/Withdraw Capabilities – Allow Mailers to make changes to a request instead of requiring the Mailer to withdraw the order first FY15 Standing Requests for Local Mailers – Allow Mailers to create standing requests from Postal Plants Tentative 2015 Label Holders – Allow Mailers request Label Holders through MTEORTentative 2015 Delivery Units – Allow Mailers request MTEs from Delivery UnitsTentative 2015
