Please do not use these terms with the students, you are confusing inertial and non-inertial frames with moving and non-moving. I don't know why I over generalized the words. I talk to the students monday. I completely understand the idea but connected the wrong terminology. I guess I was thinking inertia = motion.... etc. thanks for your note. more info to come.
