Rudolf Žitný, Ústav procesní a zpracovatelské techniky ČVUT FS 2010 This course is approximately at this level CHEMISTRY E182019 CH14 Laboratory reports (example of report presented in 2009)

Laboratory reports CH14 Probably better arrangement would be: 1.Nomenclature (list of symbols and units) 2.Introduction (description of problem, possible solutions with references to literatrure or internet, and description of selected procedure). 3.Instrumentation setup (scheme, photograph, list of equipment) 4.Results (hard data, including Figures, tables, etc) 5.Evaluation (necessary equations could be described in Introduction or here).

Laboratory reports CH14 Well done, only instead of symbols x,y (used for molar fractions) should be used (specific electrical conductivity) and V (volume) I appreciate that the general formula is written first, and even then is applied for specific data. Big error is in the fact that no references are given for equations or parameters used.

Laboratory reports CH14 Excellent, theory is presented first (Raoults law and Antoine equation). However, again without list of symbols and references.
